Few formal dining experiences are as revered as "Omakase". Guests put themselves in the hands of our Premiere Sushi Shokunin for a meal that is elegant, artistic, seasonal and uses the finest local ingredients available.
As part of our experience, you will enjoy seven beautifully curated courses, served in the order of the Japanese traditional formal course called Kaiseki. This includes a Starter, Sashimi, Hot Dish, Edomae Sushi, Tempura, and a Dessert. There are nice Sake pairing too. |
