GALWAY MISO WORKSHOP
Learn to make authentic Japanese Miso with the experience of Japanese Chefs of Wa Sushi!

What you will do:
Learn the health benefits of Miso
Learn Japanese culture regarding Miso
Make your own miso in a small group
Make approx. 2kg of miso to take home and ferment.
